 FOR THOSE CONSIDERING AN EXCHANGE: DO NOT REMOVE BANDS FROM THE HAIR. IF BANDS ARE REMOVED, ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE VOID AND NOT ACCEPTED.

All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product exchanges can be made within 3 days of purchase in original package.

* CUSTOM WIG UNITS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED * 

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).  Inspect the hair without opening the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.  If you are unsure, please show your stylist.

Shipping & Delivery

 Our Co. ships merchandise locally & Internationally. Please allow USA 7-10 business Days, International 10-15 business days, and if you are receiving a coloring service please allow 9-12 business days to receive our order.

For large orders of 10 or more items please allow 10-15 business days for shipping.
